Eastern announce first Norway flights

Eastern Airways is to launch its first international flights from Glasgow Airport next month. The airline, which specialises in routes serving the oil and gas industry, will operate three flights each week between Glasgow and Stavanger in Norway from September 12.
It already operates flights to Stavanger from Aberdeen and Newcastle airports, after first entering the Norwegian market in 2007. The Glasgow - Stavanger flights will operate each Monday, Wednesday and Friday, with fares starting at £99 one way, including taxes and charges.
