Continental increases summer flights
Continental Airlines has announced that it is raising frequency on flights from Scotland to New York this summer. Flights from Edinburgh will go twice-daily from May 4, and from Glasgow flights will increase from 7 to 11 flights per week. The airline will return to a daily service from Edinburgh and Glasgow from October 28 for the winter season.
Continental Airlines UK & Ireland Director, Bob Schumacher, said: 'We are delighted to expand our Scottish operation. The additional services will make it more convenient than ever for the Scottish business and leisure travellers to access not only New York, but the whole of America.'
