Drunken air rage incident on Emirates flight

A drunken fight broke out on an Emirates flight from Glasgow Airport to Dubai at the weekend, whilst the plane thousands of feet in the air, the Paisley Daily Express reports. The incident comes just a few days after three men were arrested and two later charged over a drunken incident on an Emirates flight to Dubai from Heathrow.
In the latest incident a male passenger had to be overpowered and strapped down by an onboard air marshall and fellow passengers on an Emirates flight that left Glasgow Airport on Sunday afternoon bound for Dubai. The police were alerted and officers boarded the flight once it had landed in the Middle East. Two passengers were arrested.
A spokeswoman for Emirates confirmed there was a disturbance involving two passengers on the Glasgow to Dubai flight. She told the newspaper: 'As a result, police in Dubai were called to the aircraft and the matter is now being dealt with by them.'
